Electricity project serving rural population in Mali
Context
We are involved in developing rural electrification in Mali by upgrading and extending two electricity networks located in Bamako and between Kodialani and Sirakoro. The project will help meet the population’s growing electricity needs.

We demonstrated our expertise in Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) solutions on this project. The quality of the facilities is key to the smooth implementation of the project and to its long-term viability. As part of the works, we installed:

- 22 transformers
Overall, 150km of additional power lines were built in the region. Completed in less than a year by 150 employees, the project aims to improve the availability and quality of electricity supplied to the rural population and to meet the country’s energy needs which are increasing by 10% every year.
We are actively developing rural electrification projects in Africa, for example in Mozambique.
Our teams have improved access to electricity by powering 22,000 new homes.
