Our service

With effect from 1 March 2017, this new commissioning and operation contract marks a further stage in the consolidation of Bouygues Energies & Services Suisse FM’s position as an FM service provider for shopping centres.

Mall of Switzerland has a gross leasable area of over 50,000 m², with 150 shops and catering outlets. It features top-class architectural styling and innovative sales concepts, and proposes novel experiences for shoppers.

The shopping centre also offers many different leisure activities, including a multiplex cinema with Switzerland’s largest IMAX screen, indoor surfing and a fitness gym.

Bouygues Energies & Services made a persuasive case to FREO Switzerland AG, the owner’s agent, and to PSM Center Management AG (CBRE), the shopping centre’s manager that its regional presence, expertise, experience and concept all served to make it the ideal partner for the commissioning and operation of the centre. The signing of a partnership at launch was essential to ensuring the success and good reputation of the new shopping centre.
